3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To use Quizzy, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date.

Account Types

• Teacher Accounts: For educators who manage students and content
• Student Accounts: For learners participating in games and activities
• School Admin Accounts: For administrators managing school-wide settings
• Group Admin Accounts: For users who create and manage groups, and invite members
• Group Member Accounts: For users who join groups via invite code and participate in quizzes

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Quizzy only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload or transmit harmful content, including viruses or malware
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Share inappropriate or offensive content

5. Content

User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (questions, answers, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service.

Our Content

The Service and its content (excluding user content), including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Quizzy and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Educational Use

Quizzy is designed for educational purposes. Teachers and schools using the Service agree to:

7. Fees and Payment

8. Termination

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOTOQUIZZY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quizzy, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms
